Last month, it was my pleasure to photograph the annual Stephen Gaynor School Gala. Broadway star Phillipa Soo performed, and it was then that I realized I’ve now photographed three of the actresses playing Schuyler sisters in Hamilton on Broadway: Phillipa last month, Renee Elise Goldsberry in 2017, and Mandy Gonzalez, way back in 2007 at a Broadway fundraiser for Barack Obama. Gonzalez would go on to star in In The Heights, another Lin-Manuel Miranda hit, before joining the cast of Hamilton.
